To continue with the berry theme we have going here this week today’s recipe is for delicious raspberry ice cream.
We used marionberries in the berry cobbler and then there were the blueberries too. We’ve been eating a lot of berries around here. We just went peach picking yesterday so guess what recipes you’ll be seeing next week!
- 4 C fresh raspberries
- 2 C heavy cream make sure it is heavy
- 1 C half and half
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 C sugar
- Mix together
- We used a 2 qt. Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and had a little too much to put the whole thing in the ice cream maker
- It over flowed a bit
