- 1 pound fresh figs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Chop figs by hand or in a food processor.
- Place chopped figs in medium saucepan and add water.
